I've got your back, which is why when our teams fight for your compensation, they do it knowing they’ll only get paid if they win! That’s my no win, no fee guarantee – you only pay, if we win.
If you decide to claim with us, all fees will be explained and agreed before you commit so there’s no nasty surprises. Basically, the legal team will get paid from your compensation – usually a pre-agreed amount – and, if you lose, there'll be nothing for you to pay. That's my promise to you.

My team
My friendly team of advisors are experts in personal injury claims and have decades of experience in advising and supporting people like you. When you call, their job is to offer free, impartial advice. They'll let you know if they think you have grounds for compensation, or if you're barking up the wrong tree. But they won't push you towards making a claim – that's totally your choice.
Who I work with
Underdog is partnered with National Accident Helpline, friendly experts in personal injury claims, with over 31 years of experience on their side.
As well as my friendly team of advisors, I've teamed up with a panel of specialist personal injury solicitors. They're based across the UK and are all authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Their job is to take the lead on your claim. That includes investigating what happened, gathering evidence to support your case, informing the other party and negotiating your settlement.
